Menu & beverages

As our menus are seasonal and regularly changing, you can select your menu just a month before your event, unless otherwise agreed.Some of our photos are for demonstration purposes only.

Please contact 9666-4361 if you are unsure of any product or ingredient on our menu for allergies or dietary requirements as not all ingredients are specified. All our food contains traces of Nuts, Gluten and other Allergens. Please check our website for description of dishes before proceeding to order via Mobi2go who is our third party. Some or no variations can be made on Mobi2go without a surcharge applicable. IF the system doesn't allow you to process your request please call 9666-4361 to make payment of the difference.

Our Beverage and Alchohol/ Wines vintage and prices are subject to change and availability.

 

Deliveries

Please allow a minimum of up to 45 minutes for pick; minimum 60 minutes for home delivery.

Minimum order of $50 for home delivery

*All menu items subject to availability.

Please order ahead to avoid delays and sides being sold out.

No responsibility taken if internet/wifi is down by either party. Orders must be confirmed by receipt by email confirmation.

 

 

Payment details & terms

To confirm your booking, we require an initial security deposit of 20% of total account. Full payment must be made on confirmation of final numbers 4 weeks prior to your event. Any additional cost incurred on the day of the event must be settled on the day.

Payment by cash, direct debit or bank cheque incurs no surcharge. Any payment by credit card incurs a 1.5% surcharge (Visa or Mastercard) or a 2% surcharge (Amex). 

Refunds

Payments and refunds are processed through a third party Mobi2go. Any refund requests will be processed through the third party and may take between 7-10 business working days.

 

Alcohol and decorum

Capanno is a fully licensed venue. BYO is not allowed. It is your responsibility to ensure the orderly conduct of your guests. Beverages are subject to seasonal change.

 

Public liability insurance

Capanno holds public liability insurance, however all external suppliers will be required to have their own as Capanno’s public liability insurance is very specific to our venue and fit-out.

No harm or damage to guests caused by any external supplier equipment, styling, decor, furniture or goods are covered by Capanno.

 

Cleaning fee

A cleaning fee will be charged, at the discretion of Management, should the restaurant premises be left in an unacceptable state.

 

Gratuity

Gratuities are discretionary and are appreciated by the Capanno staff.

 

Food allergies

Please advise details of guests with food allergies when confirming final numbers. Whilst the chef and kitchen staff will do their utmost to comply, we cannot guarantee it, as our kitchen does use a wide variety of ingredients on a daily basis.

 

RESERVATIONS POLICY

 

Reservation Timings:

Dinner reservations are booked on a 1 hour 45 minutes dining time. Tables are rebooked shortly after each reservation.

Reconfirmation: We will reconfirm your reservation within a week of your booking. If you think you may be unavailable, please contact us on 9666-4361 or capannotrattoria.com.au

Cancellation Policy – Should you need to cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your booking, a cancellation charge of $50 per person will be incurred. Please contact us on 9666-4361 to make any amendments to your reservation.

Seating Requests:  Capanno offers dining at individual tables, communal tables or our kitchen counter. Capanno will do it’s best to accommodate all seating requests. Please note, however, we are unable to guarantee requested seats, as table allocations are finalised on the day.

Groups: Reservations of 8guests or more will dine from Capanno Feast Menu, a 8 course shared menu priced from $59 per person. The group menu may also be upgraded to include live seafood from our tanks and wagyu beef for $150 per person.

Credit Card Surcharge: Please note a variable surcharge will be applied to all credit and debit card payments
